About
Aaron is the engineering backbone of the team. He spent roughly 25 years in technology delivery — the last 17 inside SaaS organizations running large-scale service delivery across private and public cloud — most recently eight years at Workday, building a platform engineering organization that helped development teams ship faster without sacrificing quality, even in regulated environments. His strengths run from technical leadership and platform engineering to coaching, team building, and developer experience. At Nodaste his focus is what he calls human-led, AI-run organizations: experimenting with autonomous coding agents and open-source tooling to find how small teams can operate at much higher velocity while keeping humans in the loop for the judgment calls.
