Ana is who you talk to when your team's AI results don't match its AI enthusiasm. She runs Nodaste's client work end to end — the assessment that shows a team where it actually stands, facilitating the operating agreements that make adoption stick for the humans, and the follow-through that turns adoption into a system the team actually runs. Her focus is the organizational side of AI adoption: the gap between personal AI wins and team-level results, and what rising engineering velocity does to coordination and decision-making. Behind it are 18 years across startups and large enterprises, both as head of a vertical product suite at Workday, and as chief of staff for the Workday Financials business unit, after spending time as a product strategist at Workday and Broadcom.
