Ana blends product strategy and operations. Before Nodaste she was a Product Strategist at Rally Software and held product leadership roles at Workday. Her work spans business and management consulting, pricing strategy, program management, research, and strategic planning. At Nodaste she focuses on the organizational side of AI adoption — the difference between individual and team-level AI maturity, and how rising engineering velocity creates new coordination and decision-making bottlenecks for product teams. She also drives Heddle, a shared-context tool for AI-enabled teams that grew out of the Nodaste team's work.
