About
Katie brings the design and user-research lens to the founding team. She has spent over five years leading UX, most recently as Senior UX Manager at Crocs — working on multi-brand design systems, accessibility, and scalable creative asset patterns for global campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to lift conversion and streamline production. She has a track record of mentoring designers and pushing research-driven, user-centered work inside agile environments. At Nodaste she writes about how AI is reshaping the designer's role: away from routine production work and toward higher-level systems thinking — inventors, not assemblers.
